Changing profile name for ChrySAlis (for those without a Zoom account)

Step 1: Go to https://zoom.us/

Step 2: Join a Meeting

Step 3: Enter meeting ID

Step 4: Join from Your Browser

Step 5: Configure your name

Change display name to ‘X [Your name]’, where X is your group number (e.g 1A Andrew)

Joining Zoom (to be done on 2-4 June)
Step 1:

Click on the zoom link sent to you and join the meeting to be prompted to this page. Click on
‘Join with Computer Audio’
Step 2:

Ensure that your video is on at all times

Things to take note of:
1. You are to have a working video camera before 2 June
2. Your video cameras must be turned on at all times throughout the entire
ChrySAlis programme
3. You are not allowed to have any inappropriate items/words displayed in your
background
4. You are to wear a SAJC approved top
5. You are to follow the steps as shown previously
6. Anyone who does not follow the profile naming format will not be allowed to join
the zoom meeting
