 INTRODUCTION

According to mental health foundation, they defined stress as “body’s

response to pressures from a situation or life event” Everybody feels
stressed because it is part of everyday life. Stressful situations are
occurring in various events such as the death of loved one, chronic
illness, depression, anxiety, and loss of job.
