Course Title: Property - Law 211 (Pre-Law 119)

Course Description: The law on the different kinds of property, ownership and its
modifications, co-ownership, possession, usufruct, easements or servitudes, nuisance,
and the different modes of acquiring ownership. Cases, recitations and lectures: 4 hours
