1. Is it technology that causes changes in society, or is it society that

causes changes in technology?
Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to the making
of tools to solve specific problems. Humans and technology goes
together. Advent of technologies will give the people an access on
how they live in its easiest way. Technology might also change
characters, attitude and their ways of lives and it will be also to the
person’s discretion or choices. According to Joost Loon,
“technology didn’t act as one but we need our interaction for it to
work the effect will be presented based on the person way of
usage”. That notion was applicable because we need to interact to
the technology to find a better way for us to live. The ever changing
technology will also have its bad effects which are health,
economic, social or mental problems. It is on the person’s hand to
let things change.

2. Do we think that media have all the power, or people?

Media does not have the whole power because it is based on the
person’s discretion if he or she will do and change something
based on the technological advancements. It is based on both end
on how it works. The effect and result will be based as well on how
they use it so; the power will be given for both ends. People will
also allow technology to enter their lives because they need to have
a quality and easy way of life which technology offers us.
