Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Free and Clear
Clorox
Cleaning solution:
Use 25 oz. bottle
1/3 cup Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, Free and Clear
¼ cup of Clorox
Fill up with tap hot water
Caution: please use rubber gloves to protect hands from Bleach
Trays
All trays (grow and delivery) are sanitizes after each use.
Rinse tray, and apply small amount of cleaning solution onto the sponge and work thoroughly
through the surface of the tray, paying attention to the corners. Rinse and wipe dry with towel.
Trays have excellent release properties and don’t absorb odors. Do not scratch surface of the
tray to prolong the life of the tray.
Helpful tip: For dried out organic matter in a tray use a 5 min soak.
Bamboo Sticks
Place dirty bamboo sticks into a bus tub, and squirt about 2 table spoons of cleaning solution on
top of the sticks.
Fill pot with water and bring it to boil. Pour boiled water over bamboo sticks and let it sit for an
hour.
Drain water and go through the sticks with sponge scrubbing them gently. Rinse well.
Place clean sticks upright propping them against the vertical surface to drain. Flip sticks in 10
min to drain them from the other end. Place drained clean bamboo sticks into clean bus tub
vertically against the side and place it under the fan for drying. Make sure that the sticks are
bone dry before reusing them.
Helpful tip: Check the content of the moisture in the sticks by the sound – hollow dry high notes
you want to hear. Use light pressure for scrubbing sticks not to strip the natural hardwood
protective layer of bamboo.
Water receptacle and spray bottles
Clean once a week with cleaning solution. Rinse well and wipe dry.
Helpful tip: keep logs or use label with the date on a water receptacle to remember the last
time of the sanitation.
 The Growroom should be kept clean at all time, old micros should be disposed of ASAP, no
standing water in empty trays, mats should never be left in water for loner then 24hrs, dirty trays
should be clean within 24hrs, seeds should be stored in rodent proof containers these are just a
few most are common sense, sanitation is key to a great product.
