By accepting this Certificate of Registration, the Registrant likewise acknowledges and agrees

that any false statement, misrepresentation or fraud on its part or its authorized
representatives, in connection with its application, may be a ground for the cancellation of this
Certificate of Registration, and may result in the blacklisting of the Registrant in succeeding
registrations for importation.
