*Olumlu cümlelerdeki çoğul isimler için “some”

kullanılır.

*Olumsuz cümlelerdeki çoğul isimler için ve soru

cümleleri için “any” kullanılır.

-- There aren’t any apples.

-- Are there any apples?

-- Is there any time to go shopping? (sayılamayan

nesnelerle alakalı soru sorarken “are there” değil
“is there” şeklinde soruyoruz, lakin bu kur için
henüz bu ayrımı yapmamıza gerek yok.)
