INSTRUCCIÓN
ACHIEVEMENT Examines the impact of the Spanish colonization of the Americas and the African slave trade.

PURPOSE To know, describe and categorize the European facts in the Americas.
WARM-UP Hot seat. The students will play hot seat with vocabulary learned in the last class.
DEVELOPMENT Socialization.
1. The guide will be shared with the students.
Presentation.
2. The teacher will explain the guide and the students will read along with the teacher.
Activity Time.
1. Students will answer four questions in their notebooks.
- Write down 2 aspects that you found interesting in the presentation.
- Do you think Christopher Columbus was an excellent person at that time? Justify your answer.
- What do you think happens in the photo on page 3 of the Canvas presentation? Describe the
pictures and give your opinions.
- Do you think that the Spanish had the right to force the indigenous people to be their slaves?
What do you think of slavery?

After this, students will solve a letter soup related to the topic.

FINAL PRODUCT
1. Virtual class: The students must upload their works to the Santillana Platform.
2. Face-to-face students: The students must deliver the activities they did in the class.
