of Rushi Parasbhai Shah, a Graduate student whom I have known for a month ( Feb 1, 2021-
Feb 28, 2021). He has completed 50+ hrs of clinical diagnostic and therapy treatment during her
externship at (name of hospital or clinic).

Rushi’s clinical expertise and solid knowledge base of Pediatrics is exceptional at Graduate
student level. Rushi interacted on a consistent basis with a variety of speciality providers :
Paediatric Neurologists, Developmental Paediatrician and Multiple Healthcare
Professionals(Occupational therapist, Medical Social Worker, registered Dietician, etc). He was
also offered the opportunity to interact with parents and multiple clinical staff members.

His most exceptional gifts above all of his clinical skills is self-confidence and his poise in verbal
communication skills. He displayed assurance in his diagnostic skills that included diagnosis
and recommendations and treatment plans to parents. He has the natural ability of
communicating and explaining the nature of the disorder to parents and was able to provide
clinical recommendations with confidence.

One of the most unique opportunities that he was afforded was to assist in providing clinical
care and treatment plan for Diabetic Ketoacidosis. He demonstrated superior abilities to verbally
communicate and present his knowledge and expertise in the area of Diabetes Mellitus Type 1.
