BURUBURU NAIROBI NOW SHOWETH:
1. The petitioner is an adult male of sound mind working and residing in Wiltshire in the
United Kingdom.
2. The responded is an adult female of sound mind residing in Nairobi City County.
3. THAT the petitioner got married to the responded at Judea Last Church in Nairobi
sometime on 28th April 2019 and cohabited as husband and wife in Nairobi.
4. THAT both the petitioner and respondent are domiciled in Kenya.
5. THAT there is no child born out of the said cohabitation.
6. THAT during the subsistence of the cohabitation, the respondent has treated the
petitioner with cruelty desertion and has committed adultery.

PARTICULARS OF CRUELTY
7. THAT the respondent’s subjected the petitioner to mental phycological and
physiological torture by: -

i. Deceiving and misleading the petitioner that she (Respondent) was never
married before and had no children, yet the respondent has a four-year-old
daughter and was married before she married the petitioner.
ii. The Respondent would travel to her home country Tanzania without the
petitioner’s consent where she would spend several days using money sent to
her by the petitioner without regard to the petitioners mental and phycological
torture.
iii. The Respondent would switch of her phone to prevent communication between
her and the petitioner subjecting the petitioner to cycological torture.
