MOTION FOR RELEASE OF CASH BOND

COMES NOW, undersigned BONDSMAN, by himself, unto this Honorable

Court, most respectfully manifests:

That the case against the accused had been DISMISSED as per Order by the
Honorable Court dated June 16, 2009;

That in view of said dismissal, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court that the cash bond in the amount of Eighteen Thousand Pesos (P18,000.00) which
was posted before the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Batangas City
under O.R. No. 0229981 A dated February 19, 2008 to answer for his temporary liberty
be ordered cancelled and released to the undersigned bondsman.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that this

Motion be granted.
