STUDENT RAVE PARTY

A group of university students decided to hold a rave party in the mountains in

December and advertised it on the internet. Three bands attended the three -day
party and there was 24-hour music. One young girl described it as a living hell,
although why she stayed is unfathomable. The dance area was in a valley and to
get a drink of water you had to climb a steep hill. Even the water was dirty and
brown. The toilets were so faraway that nobody bother to use them. The music
pounded all night and the floor vibrated so you couldn’t sleep. My friend was
unwell and there was no medical help. The organizers didn’t have a clue. They just
wanted to make a fast income.

QUESTIONS:

1. WHAT ARE SOME THINGS THAT COULD GO WRONG, OR HAVE GONE

WRONG AT SIMILAR EVENTS?
1. Rave party are dance parties that feature fast-paced, repetitive
electronic music and accompanying light shows. Raves are the focus of
rave culture, a youth-oriented subculture that blends music, art and
social ideals.
In all events, let us think first of the safetyness of all. We also think for
the outcome or consequences of all our actions or events that we want
to implement. And if you think Rave events are fun, there are things
you can’t expect to happen
In this scenario almost everything could go wrong or gone wrong
because they put earning or money comes first not the safetyness of
each other. Anyone can be in danger. You had to climb step heel to
drink unsafe water, no restrooms and there's no place to rest. Even
medical equipments or help are all out of order.
2. LIST THREE WAYS IN WHICH THE ORGANIZERS WERE NEGLIGENT.
Organizers didn't have a clue. Everything is out of the plan. Income or
money comes first or Negligence of the majority.

3. LIST THREE WAYS IN WHICH THE EVENT COULD HAVE BEEN IMPROVED.
Plan well. Think of the consequences of the event. And it is better to let
them know or inform them what are going to happen about that event.

4. THIS EVENT WAS DESCRIBED TO THE AUTHORITIES AS A CULTURAL

FESTIVAL. DO YOU THINK THIS WAS ACCURATE?
Yes, because in socialization or in cultural event, there was a possibility
to develop of an individual's emotional, cognitive and social
development. Knowing each other abilities, characteristics or who they
are in their own personality and give a chance to strengthen the unity of
the group members to develop skills of cooperation.

5. THE LEGAL COMPLIANCE ISSUES OF SUCH AN EVENT WILL BE COVERED

IN THE SUCCEEDING LESSONS. HOWEVER, WHAT ARE SOME OF THE
ETHICAL ISSUES INVOLVED IN THIS EVENT?
Not communicating with clients and partners in a timely manner. Falling
behind on emails or texts isn’t a crime. But if you don’t respond to
clients and partners in time, you run the risk of putting them in
uncomfortable condition or positions.
