COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS:
● How do you factor in the time in the grading system? If the students were able to
submit the output on the long overdue, will the student be able to get the high
grades or a gap? -Ernest G.
● Issue in SHS, in their modality there are many students who are submitting the
output very late. One of the LFs said that because of the late submissions, it may
discourage those students who are submitting on time. One of the guides is to train
the students to be more responsible . -Ronde SJ
○ Timeliness of submission should be a criterion in the evaluation of the
task/project.
○ Providing accountability of learning to the students. It gives the students
accountability and responsibility to meet the deadlines and to be able to
achieve outcomes on time.
○ Refer to: (1) Specific Policies and Guidelines Operationalizing DO 4- item “C”.
(2) Specific Policies and Guidelines Operationalizing DO 5 - item “E”
● Clarification on the submission of the IP grades. Do we still need to follow the
deadline in the old version of IP policy? Is the term the same? - Dr. Fely
○ To ask the students to commit to the specific time when to compile and
subject the approval of the faculty.
● We might be encouraging procrastination? We are preparing them for work and
when working there are deadlines. - Melinda D.
● After the computation of the grades by the teacher, student A got the grade of 3.0
and student B got the grade of “IP” and upon the consideration students passed the
subject and after a month. Is it possible that student B gets higher grades than
student A? - Engr. Charmaine N.
○ The faculty is empowered to have an agreement with the students .
● Those students with IP in the requisite subjects will not be allowed to enroll in the
next subjects? - VP Chito
● Freshmen students will be required to do the mental ability testing? Will the UNC
subscribe to online mental ability testing? -Ms. Angie C.
● How about if our students will fail in the clinical area and it will take time to
complete with the grades. The students will be given IP grades. This might have an
additional fee because of the additional hours rendered in the clinical area. -Dean
Tess P.
● (1) when will the students be given a failing grade,(2) is it possible to apply the IP
grades ONLY to terminal courses (3) what is the reaction of the body re the
possibility of students abusement of IP grades (4) what if the students decide not to
meet the deadline? What will that promote to our students? - Engr. Jun M.
● What if the students with grades are requesting to re submit output to have a higher
grade? Do we allow it? - Engr. Charmaine N.
● Is it possible to apply only this IP policy to those students with valid reasons, death
in the family,in an accident, force majeure, etc. accident
● We are expecting no IP grades or to follow the original policies that we are
extending another semester to comply with the IP grades? - Dean Tin B.
● How about the IP Conversion Fee? -Dean Lorlie T.
Approval of the Enhance IP Policy was moved by Dean Tin, and seconded
by Dr. Evelyn .

COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS:
● CBA - We will cover all the levels which includes the GE subjects . I definitely
welcome the new design because it will focus on the research . Which will help us on
the application for COE and COD .
○ The delivery of PROBE should be different with undergrad. There is still a
need for content and skills acquisition of the students.
○ The instructional design which is part of milestones and deliverables must
really plan very well so that the competencies and critical thinking will also
develop. There must be a point in the year level offering that variation of
methodologies should be also implemented along the PROBE 3.0.
● CED- More easier to implement the PROBE wherein the subject for 1st year is GEC.
It will be doable on the part of the CED. The CED PROBE will prepare the students
for the board examination aside from research and community extension.
○ Madam Fay wants the CED implementation plotted on how the student
engagement via PROBE.
○ What will happen to the common subjects for BEED and BSED? We will not
allow the students to enroll?
Approval of the proposal on PROBE was moved by Dean Mike, and seconded by
Principal Ronde
COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS:
● To look for the CBA collaboration with the other universities
● EA to collaborate again with the Birmingham University
COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS:
- The parents must be the main consumer of this activity? But it's nowhere in the
presentation. - Madam Fay L.
- Parents will be the reactors.
