Brief details of the work done till date on behalf of the SIP organization:-

Daily Task:-
1. the organization my team leaders share a google sheet with all the intern in this sheet
we have to submit our personal details and the official peacock solar id.In this sheet
we have to report that what I work in a day by 7 pm.
2. One time uploading of 50 College Details with their Placement Co-ordinator’s or
Placement Cell’s contact number and Email-ids in the google sheet.Contact No is not
mandatory.My team leaders are allocate a state on that state I have to search 50
colleges placement cell email id and contact No.we have to
3. Mailing the college placements on their Official E-mail address from my Peacock
Solar ID. Staying in touch with the college’s placement cell which provide us with a
positive feedback. What data received by colleges those data forwared to my team
leaders.

5. When the candidate apply for the internship and submit their cv then I download the
cv.my team leaders create a HR 19 CVs group.Downloaded candidate cvs upload in
the HR 19 CVs group.
6. My team leaders provided me a interview process google sheet in this sheet team
leaders upload the candidate cv I have to just interviewing the candidates by
telephonic interview and if I reject or select the candidate what reseaon I selected or
rejected the candidate that reason I have to write in the cv.
7. If the candidate selected for the role then I have to just send the document required
mail to selected candidate.When I got the documents then I send a offer letter to the
candidate.When the candidate send the signed offer letter then I upload the candidate
documents and signed offer letter to the box folder website.The box folder website’s
emilid password provided by the company.The offer letter received from the senior
person.I have to just send the candidate information to the senior person then she give
the candidate offer letter.
