1 Introduction

With the technology development and integration of pho-


togrammetry, RS and GIS going further, a new branch of informa-
tion science, geoinformatics rose and has been developed
rapidly. The integration of geoinformatics with the earth sci-
ence, information science, computer science, artificial intelli-
gence, expert system etc. forms a huge complicated system
