SUMMARY

Here, a geopoetic is proposed as a reflection on the Brazilian literature of Amazonian

expression produced in Pará, in the 20th and 21st centuries. It is a contextual reflection,
the result of a bibliographic analysis and an experience report about literature as a social
system based on Candido (1964). We characterize the literature and think of it as
manifestations from the geo-cultural centers of Pará.
