INSTRUCTIONS FOR PT-2 EXAMINATION-2020

Classes IX & X

Dear students,

Kindly note the following instructions for pt-2 examination of your ward.

1. Every student should have unique Gmail Id to access the exam paper. (Preferably create with
your own name class and section)
2. The exam will be through Google classroom. (It is mandatory to have Gmail – id to access this
app)
3. It is mandatory to join the Google class room for each subject otherwise you will not able to
access the question paper of the exam.
4. The exam will be held in two parts
1) Objective paper through Google form( You will get this form through Google class room)
2) Subjective paper (You will get after 15 minutes of submission of Google form)
5. The scanned copy of solution of the subjective paper should be uploaded through Google
classroom as per the given schedule.
6. You have to submit the hard copy of solution in the school as per the given schedule.
7. The time schedule of exam is as follows:-
Exam begins : 8.00 AM
Submission of Google form : 8.30 am
Subjective paper Begins : 8.45 am
Submission of subjective paper: 10.00 am
