in increasing trend. Its EBITDA-to-sales ratio are 33.4%, 37.1%,
39.8% in the years 2018, 2019 & 2020 respectively. Airtel too has
similar EBITDA-to-sales ratio but exception to in 2019, Airtel’s
EBITDA-to-sales ratio are 33.5%, 25.2%, 37.4% in 2018, 2019 &
2020 respectively. Vi EBITDA-to-sales ratio are comparatively
weaker with 21.2%, 12,4%, 30.3% in the years 2018, 2019 & 2020
respectively. MTNL has negative EBITDA-to-sales ratio, its ratios
are -14.0%, -27.3% & -40.3% in the years 2018, 2019 & 2020
respectively. A low EBITDA-to-sales ratio suggests that a
company may have problems with profitability as well as its cash
flow. A lower or negative value indicates the company is not able
to produce earnings more efficiently as its costs are high.
