Mean (AWM)

From the table 4.4 shows the Awareness of MSME about TRAIN Law the results have an

average weighted mean of 2.80. From the distribution of MSME owners according to MSME

owner’s knowledge in TRAIN Law—their visual interpretations as well as their respective

ranking.

The results have a weighted mean of 2.57, this is an indication that majority of the

respondents agreed by having a knowledge about TRAIN Law particularly those MSME owners.

This result suggests that most micro, small and medium enterprises business respondents has an

interest to know further about this kind of matter (TRAIN LAW) because it is something that is

certain in a constantly changing world.

Based on the study of D’Amore-McKim, “Nothing is certain but death and taxes” this

idiomatic expression generally attributed to Benjamin Franklin has long been synonymous with

certainty in a constantly changing world. A testament to Franklin’s status as an iconic and

prescient figure, the phrase is still an apt summary of most of human history.
