In terms of the West Bengal Primary Education (Transfer of Teacher including Head Teacher) Rules, 2002 published vide Notification No.
809-SE(Pry) dated 15.07.2002, framed under the Provisions of the West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973, the following Head Teachers /
Assistant Teachers are hereby transferred on mutual basis to act until further order as Head teacher/ Assistant teacher respectively in the same
scale of pay in the following manner.

In this case of Mutual transfer, no one be allowed to join his/ her new assignment ignoring the chain at the time of submission of
application for mutual transfer.

No prayer for transfer shall be entertained for next 07 (Seven) years if the transfer order is not carried out by the incumbent concern within
15 (fifteen) working days from the date of issuance of the memo and a disciplinary proceedings against him/ her will be initiated as per provision of
the Rules – 6(3) & 9 respectively of Notification No. 809-SE (Pry) dated 15-07-02. and amended from time to time.
No T.A. will be admissible for joining the post.

Copy forwarded for information and necessary action to:

1. The Sub-Inspector of Schools (1) Chaakdah West Circle, District- Nadia (2) Kalyani - Ii Circle, District- Nadia. He/she is requested to release
the concerned teachers and enable him to join the new assignments. He/ She is also requested to forward the joining report & L.P.C. of the teacher
to the respective Council with the next salary bill. He/she is further requested to note the same against each newly transferred teacher in the
successive salary bill for reference.
2. The Head teacher / Teacher-in-charge of (i) Uttar Ghugia Primary School (Primary School), Circle- Chaakdah West, District- Nadia and (ii)
Uttar Panchpota Primary School (Primary School), Circle- Kalyani - Ii, District- Nadia with a direction to join the concerned teachers and report to
the respective Sub-Inspector of Schools within stipulated time, in case of transfer of Assistant Teachers.
3. Sri Raju Mondal, Assistant Teacher, Uttar Ghugia Primary School (Primary School), P.O- Chakdaha, District- Nadia. He is hereby instructed
to join his new assignment on transfer in Uttar Panchpota Primary School (Primary School), P.O- Routari, District- Nadia in the same post. He shall
furnish his joining report to the Sub- Inspector of Schools, Kalyani - Ii Circle, District- Nadia through proper channel.
4. Sri Sujit Biswas, Assistant Teacher, Uttar Panchpota Primary School (Primary School), P.O- Routari, District- Nadia. He is hereby instructed
to join his new assignment on transfer in Uttar Ghugia Primary School (Primary School), P.O- Chakdaha, District- Nadia in the same post.He shall
furnish his joining report to the Sub- Inspector of Schools, Chaakdah West Circle, District- Nadia through proper channel.
5. The Dealing Assistant concerned (1) Chaakdah West Circle, Nadia District (2) Kalyani - Ii Circle, Nadia District.
