Important Note:
1. GST extra @ 18% on all prices.
2. Transportation charges will be extra (Ex. Factory), as applicable.
3. Installation and commissioning charges are discounted up to 150 km radius from
Pune. Beyond that, addition to-and-fro fare charges will be applicable.
4. For Single Phase Machine we recommend Servo Stabilizer Of 5 KVA and Variable
frequency drive (VFD), which is charged separately @ Rs. 25,000/- (see above).
5. For three phase machine, stabilizer and VFD cost is deducted.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Validity:
Our offer is open for acceptance for a period of 15 days from the date of this offer and
thereafter it shall be subject to our written confirmation.

Specifications:
In line with our policy of continual improvement we reserve the right to modify the design and
change the specifications of any material, if in our opinion such modification constitutes an
improvement or is in accordance with revised standards of manufacturing methods. Therefore,
specifications, illustrations, dimensions and weights given or agreed to by us in our proposal,
catalogues, drawings, Photographs etc. are not binding in detail and are approximate only.

Price:
The quoted prices are Ex-Factory (Pune basis). Transport, packaging and forwarding charges will
be extra.

GST:
GST excluded and will be charged extra as applicable at the time of Execution of the Order.

Insurance:
All equipment and materials to be supplied against customer’s risk. If customer desire to opt for
transit insurance, it is to be intimated in advance and extra charges to be borne by customer.

Delivery Period:
Six-seven weeks from the receipt of your technically and commercially clear order with
advance. The delivery period is indicated in good faith. We will Endeavour to keep the delivery
schedule, which is based on current manufacturing program. The above delivery is subject to
force Majeure. Delay in delivery will not render the contract void able or reject goods on
Account of delay in delivery.

Terms of Payment:
80% advance along with the purchase order and balance 20% should be released against
Delivery note before dispatch.
Warranty: -
Subject to terms of payment agreed upon being punctually complied With and the equipment
being operated properly, the machinery covered by this Contract carries a Warranty against
manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of installation, If any Part of the equipment
is put to use earlier for any reason, whatsoever, the warranty Period will commence from the
date of such use.

We agree to repair/replace such parts which may prove defective and which do not fail from
neglect or misuse or faulty operation. Should, However, the services of our qualified men be
required outside limits Our Standard charges for such services will apply. Post warranty period
we continue to offer repair and services on a reasonable charge basis OR can offer AMC (Annual
Maintenance Contract) for the machine.

Limitation to Liability:
In no event shall we be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising out of or connected
with this order in any way whatsoever.

Cancellation Charges:
If any order or part of the order is cancelled, the same shall be subject to cancellation charges
including compensation for costs, expenses and losses incurred by us up to the date of
cancellation.

Force Majeure:
No liability shall attach to us for non-performance or delayed execution of this order as a result
of force majeure.

Liquidated Damages:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we regret our inability to be liable for any Liquidated
damages on account of delay of supply / installation for any reason whatsoever.

Inspection:
Inspection of goods shall be arranged at our premises.
