MS Teams User guide

Step 1:
How to download and install MS teams on laptop and desktop.

Go to below link :
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/microsoft-365/microsoft-
teams/download-app#office-SmsEmail-ntsjwrn

(For mobile go to play store then search for MS Teams app and install)
Step 2: Click on Download for desktop
Step 3: Click on Download Teams
Step 4: Select the path to download
Step 5: Once MS Teams App is downloaded, then go to
‘Show in Folder’ option
Step 6: Clicking on show in folder option, will take you
to the downloaded path
Step 7: Double click on the exe file to install
Step 8: After installation it will ask for the
Microsoft account ID
Step 9: Enter the Teams User ID you have received
Step 10: Enter the Teams password
Step 11: Click on Sign in
Step 12: Click on OK
Step 13: Wait for Hold on while we register
Step 14: Click on Done
Step 15: After login, Click on Teams on the left menu
Step 16: Select a Team or class
Step 17: You will get the scheduled class information in post
tab, then click on test class which has been created
Step 18: Click on Join to attend the class
Step 19: Then choose your video, audio and click Join
now
Step 20: You have joined the class
