A Step-by-step Guide on how to use Microsoft Teams: -

Download and install Teams on a Mac or Windows computer:


1. Go to this link [Link] and enter your email id which will be your
[Link]@[Link] and password is (iuu@1234) for laptop or PC users.
2. Example my name is Sarabjeet Singh and DOB is 18/05/1990 so my ID will be
sarabjeet.singh18@[Link] and the password would be iuu@1234

3. This will open the Portal from there you can open the outlook for mail access and for online
classes open Microsoft Teams.
4. To install the Microsoft Teams desktop app on your personal device, you can download it by
clicking on the Team icon and it will ask you to download the software or continue as web
but it is recommended to download the software. After the downloading you can install the
software by running the installer. The teams app will look similar to the screenshot
mentioned below.

5. For Mobile users go to either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
6. Search for Microsoft Teams, and proceed to the correct search result.
7. Select Get (iOS) or Install (Android).
8. This will download and install the application on your phone.
9. After that in the calendar section you will find all your Classes and in activity section you will
find your day to day activity for both PC and Mobile users.
