Is there a cheat sheet or something that can help me figure out which
logon credentials to use for all of my accounts? Sometimes I’m just not
sure what to enter.

What do I do if I am unsuccessful logging in using the correct logon

credentials?

If you are unable to log in (in spite of entering the correct information as
per the Logon Guide), then please submit a HELP DESK TICKET and
specify who needs access to which program. This applies to both Staff
and Student accounts.

I need help with one of the software programs that I’m using. What are
my options? What if I need training?

You have a couple of options:

1. Click HERE to go back to the Training Resources Page and then click
on the button underneath DIGITAL RESOURCES FOR TEACHERS to
explore the available resources (cheat sheets, user guides, etc.) for the
program you desire.
2. Most of the programs have links to their own HELP resources within
the program/website itself. The resources will vary by software
developer.
3. Click on the REQUEST TRAINING link on ANY of the pages on this
website and fill out the form.

I have a student who is trying to login to PowerSchool to see their grades

and it says their account is disabled. What needs to be done?
Any staff member with Admin rights to PowerSchool can actually adjust
the student’s Internet/PowerSchool check boxes to enable access to
their account. If your office staff are not sure how to do this, please
submit a HELP DESK TICKET and specify the student name. I will
coordinate with your building office staff to make sure they know how to
do this.

What if the PARENTS aren’t able to log in to PowerSchool?

Please submit a HELP DESK TICKET and specify the student name, and
contact information (name, relationship to student, phone number and/or
email) for the parents.

I
Some of the programs I used to use don’t seem to be available. Is there a
list of these programs somewhere?

The following programs are no longer under building/district

subscription and are no longer available for use, nor are they supported
by GWS Technology Staff:
