Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is currently conducting a thesis entitled “A
Comparative Study About the Effect of the Cost Overruns in the Construction Industry
Development in Manila, Philippines Between Pre-pandemic and Amidst of COVID19
Pandemic”

of cost overruns of the finished project from year 2018-Current. The said data will be used for
