2.Follow the menu path -->translation -->shorttext -->transactions
3.Enter the transaction code and press EDIT. (check whether the target language is
set to ENGLISH)

edit that title.
5.Now click on SAVE to save the changes
6.Now execute that transaction to check the change in the title
