Data Migration Analyst

The Data Migration Analyst is responsible for the analysis of complex legacy data; makes
recommendations for smooth data migration; works with other teams such as functional design,
technology/infrastructure, business analysts and business groups to organize conversion needs
appropriate to ongoing SAP implementation; manages all teamwork related to tool developments
for data extraction, transformation and load; estimates duration of work packages and plan data
migration timeline; identifies client objects needed for conversion; reviews technical specifications;
and coordinates the training and installation of company toolset.

Must be able to lead a team of 2-4 analysts depending on project demand. May require travel
and/or relocation to client site(s). The position requires a Master's degree in Engineering or related
discipline and 2 years specialized experience in SAP Data Migration or a Bachelor's degree in a
related field and 5 years technology and/or consulting experience in a business setting, including 2
years of specialized experience in SAP Data Migration.
