ﻣﺮﻛﺰ اﻟﻤﺪﯾﺮ اﻟﻌﺎم ﻟ ﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻣﻨ ﺎﺟﻢ اﻟﻔﺤ ﻢ اﻟﻔﺮﻧ ﺴﯿﺔ ﻓ ﻲ ﻋ ﺎم ١٨٨٨م وﻛﺎﻧ ﺖ اﻟ ﺸﺮﻛﺔ ﻋﻠ ﻰ وﺷ ﻚ اﻹﻓ ﻼس
ﻻﺿﻄﺮاب ﺷﺆوﻧﮭﺎ.
اﻷﻣﺮ اﻟﺬي دﻓﻌﮫ ﻷن ﯾﺠﺮي ﻋ ﺪداً ﻣ ﻦ اﻟﺒﺤ ﻮث واﻟﺪراﺳ ﺎت اﻹدارﯾ ﺔ ﻹﺻ ﻼح أﺣﻮاﻟﮭ ﺎ اﺳ ﺘﻐﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﻨ ﮫ
اﻟﻤﺪة ﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻲ ١٩١٤ – ١٩٠٠م وأﻟﻘﻰ ھ ﺬه اﻟﺪراﺳ ﺎت ﻋﻠ ﻰ ھﯿﺌ ﺔ ﻣﺤﺎﺿ ﺮات ﻋﻠﻤﯿ ﺔ ﺗ ﻢ ﺟﻤﻌﮭ ﺎ ﻓ ﻲ
ﻣﺆﻟﻒ ﯾﻌﻨﻮان )اﻹدارة اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ واﻟﻌﻤﻮﻣﯿﺔ( ﻧﺸﺮ ﻓﻲ ﻓﺮﻧﺴﺎ ﺳﻨﺔ ١٩٢٩م ﺑﯿﻨﻤﺎ ﻟﻢ ﯾﻨﺸﺮ ﻓﻲ أﻣﺮﯾﻜﺎ إﻻ ﻓﻲ
ﻋﺎم ١٩٤٩م وﻗﺪ ﺗﻘﺎﻋﺪ ﻓﺎﯾﻮل ﻋﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺟﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎم ١٩١٨م .ﻟﻘﺪ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ أﻓﻜ ﺎر ﻓ ﺎﯾﻮل ﺛﻤ ﺮة
ﻟﻌﻤﻠﮫ اﻹداري اﻟﻄﻮﯾﻞ ،ﻓﻔﻜﺮه ﯾﻘﻮم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻨﺪ ﺗﺠﺮﯾﺒﻲ أﺻﯿﻞ ،وﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺪھﺶ أن ﻧﺠﺪ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت ﻓﺎﯾﻮل ﺗﺘﻔﻖ
إﻟﻰ ﺣﺪ ﺑﻌﯿﺪ ﻣﻊ اﻟﺼﻮرة اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻈﮭﺮ ﺑﮭ ﺎ ﻧﻈﺮﯾ ﺔ اﻹدارة اﻟﯿ ﻮم .أھ ﻢ ﻣ ﺎ ﺗﻮﺻ ﻞ إﻟﯿ ﮫ ﻓ ﺎﯾﻮل أﻧ ﮫ ﻗ ﺴﻢ أوﺟ ﮫ
اﻟﻨﺸﺎط ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺸﺮوﻋﺎت اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ إﻟﻰ ﺳﺘﺔ أﻧﻮاع ،ھﻲ :اﻟﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﻔﻨﻲ ،واﻟﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﺘﺠﺎري ،واﻟﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﺘﻤﻮﯾﻠﻲ،
واﻟﻨ ﺸﺎط اﻟﺘ ﺄﻣﯿﻨﻲ ،واﻟﻨ ﺸﺎط اﻟﻤﺤﺎﺳ ﺒﻲ ،واﻟﻨ ﺸﺎط اﻹداري .وﻗ ﺪ وﺿ ﺢ ﻓ ﺎﯾﻮل ذﻟ ﻚ ﻓ ﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑ ﮫ ) اﻹدارة
اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ(.
أﻣﺎ ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﯾﺘﺼﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺒﺎدئ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻺدارة ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﻮﺻﻞ ﻓﺎﯾﻮل إﻟﻰ أرﺑﻌﺔ ﻋﺸﺮ ﻣﺒﺪأ ھﻲ:
ﻣﺒﺪأ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ،وﻣﺒﺪأ اﻟﺴﻠﻄﺔ واﻟﻤﺴﺆوﻟﯿﺔ ،وﻣﺒﺪأ اﻟﻨﻈﺎم ،وﻣﺒ ﺪأ وﺣ ﺪة اﻟﻘﯿ ﺎدة ،وﻣﺒ ﺪأ وﺣ ﺪة اﻟﺘﻮﺟﯿ ﮫ ،وﻣﺒ ﺪأ
ﻣﻜﺎﻓﺄة اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﯿﻦ ،وﻣﺒﺪأ ﺳﯿﺎدة اﻟﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ،وﻣﺒﺪأ اﻟﻤﺮﻛﺰﯾﺔ ،وﻣﺒ ﺪأ اﻟﺘﺴﻠ ﺴﻞ اﻟﮭﺮﻣ ﻲ،
وﻣﺒﺪأ اﻟﺘﺪرﯾﺐ ،وﻣﺒﺪأ اﻹﻧﺼﺎف ،وﻣﺒﺪأ ﺛﺒﺎت اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﯿﻦ ،وﻣﺒﺪأ اﻟﻤﺒﺎدرة ،وﻣﺒﺪأ روح اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ.
وﻓﻲ ﺧﺘﺎم ھﺬه اﻟﻤﺒﺎدئ ﯾﻘﻮل ﻓﺎﯾﻮل ) :إن اﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ ﺗﺤﺘﻢ اﻟﻘﯿﺎم ﺑﻤﮭﻤﺔ اﻹدارة ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ ﻣﺎ ﯾﺰاوﻟﮫ اﻹﻧﺴﺎن ﻣﻦ
ﻧﺸﺎط(.

أﻗﺮاﻧﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﻓﻜﺎن ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺘﻌ ًﺎ ﺑﺪراﺳﺘﮫ ﻣﻮاﻇﺒ ًﺎ ﻋﻠﯿﮭﺎ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻏﺎﻟﺒ ًﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎن اﻷول ﻋﻠ ﻰ
زﻣﻼﺋﮫ ووﺿﻊ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﺋﻤﺔ اﻟﺸﺮﻓﻌﻨﺪ اﻟﺘﺨﺮج ،وأﺻﺒﺢ ﻣﺪرﺳ ًﺎ ﺑﻤﺪرﺳﺔ اﻟﻔﻼح وأﺧﺬ أول
راﺗﺐ ﻟﮫ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ وﻗﺪره ٢٠رﯾﺎﻻً ﺷﮭﺮﯾ ًﺎ.
وأﺧﺬ ﯾﺪرس ﻓ ﻲ ﻣﺪرﺳ ﺔ اﻟﻔ ﻼح ﺣﺘ ﻰ ﻧﮭﺎﯾ ﺔ ﻋ ﺎم ١٣٥٤ھ ـ ﻋﻨ ﺪﻣﺎ ﺗ ﺮك اﻟﺘ ﺪرﯾﺲ وﻋﺮﺿ ﺖ ﻋﻠﯿ ﮫ وﻇﯿﻔ ﺔ
ﻣﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﻣﺄﻣﻮر أدوات اﻟﺴﯿﺎرات اﻟﺘﻲ ﯾﻤﻠﻜﮭﺎ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺮ ﻓﯿﻠﺒﻲ اﻟﺬي أﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻋﮭﺪ اﻟﻤﻠﻚ ﻋﺒ ﺪ اﻟﻌﺰﯾ ﺰ .ﺛ ﻢ ﻋﻤ ﻞ ﻓ ﻲ
ﺷﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﺪﯾﻦ وﻛﺎن ﯾﺘﻘﺎﺿﺮ راﺗﺐ ٨٠٠رﯾﺎل وھﻮ راﺗ ﺐ ﻟ ﻢ ﯾﻜ ﻦ ﯾﺘﻘﺎﺿ ﺎه أي ﺳ ﻌﻮدي وﻟﻜ ﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠ ﺔ ﻟﺠﮭ ﻮده
وﻋﻤﻠﮫ اﻟﺰاﺋﺪ ﺣﺼﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ھﺬا اﻟﺮاﺗﺐ ،ﺣﺘﻰ وﺻﻞ راﺗﺒﮫ ﻓﻲ ھﺬه اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ ٢٠٠دوﻻر ،وﻇﻞ ﯾﻌﻤ ﻞ ﻓ ﻲ ﺷ ﺮﻛﺔ
اﻟﺘﻌﺪﯾﻦ ﺣﺘﻰ وﺻﻞ إﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﺆوﻟﯿﺔ اﻷوﻟﻰ ﻓﯿﮭﺎ ،وﻗ ﺪ أﺷ ﺮف ﻋﻠ ﻰ ﺗ ﺪرﯾﺐ اﻟﻜﺜﯿ ﺮ ﻣ ﻦ اﻟ ﺸﺒﺎب اﻟ ﺴﻌﻮدي اﻟ ﺬي
ﯾﺤﺘﻞ اﻵن ﻣﻨﺎﺻﺐ ﻣﺮﻣﻮﻗﺔ .وﯾﻌﺪ أﺑﻮ داود واﺣﺪا ﻣﻦ أﺷﮭﺮ رﺟﺎل اﻷﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﺴﻌﻮدﯾﯿﻦ اﻟﺬﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﺻﺮوا اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎد
اﻟﺴﻌﻮدي ﻣﻨﺬ أﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺳﺒﻌﺔ ﻋﻘﻮد ،وﺗﻮﻟﻰ إدارة ﻣﺠﻠﺲ اﻟﻐﺮﻓﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺎرﯾﺔ اﻟ ﺼﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ ﻓ ﻲ ﺟ ﺪة ﻋ ﺪة ﻣ ﺮات ،ﺛ ﻢ
ﺗﻨﺤ ﻰ ﺑﺮﻏﺒﺘ ﮫ ﻟﯿﻈ ﻞ ﻋﻠ ﻰ رأس اﻟﻐﺮﻓ ﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺎرﯾ ﺔ اﻟ ﺼﻨﺎﻋﯿﺔ اﻹﺳ ﻼﻣﯿﺔ ﻣﻨ ﺬ ﺗﺄﺳﯿ ﺴﮭﺎ إﻟ ﻰ أن ﺗﻮﻓ ﺎه اﷲ.
وﻋﺮف إﺳﻤﺎﻋﯿﻞ أﺑﻮ داود اﻟ ﺬي رأس اﻟﻐﺮﻓ ﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺎرﯾ ﺔ ٣٧ﺳ ﻨﺔ ،ﺑﺪﻣﺎﺛ ﺔ أﺧﻼﻗ ﮫ وﺣﺒ ﮫ ﻟﻔﻌ ﻞ اﻟﺨﯿ ﺮ وﻣ ﺴﺎﻋﺪة
اﻟﻔﻘﺮاء واﻟﻤﻌﺴﺮﯾﻦ وﺗﻐﻄﯿﺔ اﺣﺘﯿﺎﺟﺎت اﻷﯾﺘﺎم واﻷراﻣﻞ.
وﯾﻌﺪ أﺑﻮ داوود أول ﻣﻦ أﻧﺸﺄ ﻣ ﺼﻨﻊ اﻟﻤﻨﻈﻔ ﺎت ﻓ ﻲ اﻟ ﺴﻌﻮدﯾﺔ ''ﺑﺮوﻛﺘ ﺮ آﻧ ﺪ ﺟﺎﻣﺒ ﻞ'' ،وﻟ ﮫ اﺳ ﺘﺜﻤﺎرات ﻓ ﻲ
اﻟﻨﺸﺎط اﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﻲ ﺗﺘﻮزع ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﺸﺮﻗﯿﺔ واﻟﻐﺮﺑﯿﺔ ،وﻛﺎن آﺧﺮ ﻧﺸﺎط رﺳﻤﻲ ﻇﮭ ﺮ ﻓﯿ ﮫ ﻣ ﺆﺗﻤﺮ اﻟﺠﻤﻌﯿ ﺔ
