Affirmative to school uniform policy

Being/feeling professional

Uniforms usually are used as tools to give signal to the person wearing it of going to work. Applies to
how a child adapts his parents’ way of living (example: a child’s father about to go to work. The father
would start the job by wearing his working attire). This gives other people and himself the thought that
he or she is no longer wearing his “play clothes” but rather his “working clothes”. This would highly help
the child focus on the things to be done in school rather than at home.

Peer insecurities

In my own concepts of wearing a uniform, the uniform makes me feel less distracted in points of not
being a good dresser. Hence makes me a bit insecure of how good my friends or classmates look good.
As an effect in my academics, this distracts my attention to my studies. As just have been said by my
professor Mr.Viray: “Diba parang mas maganda ung feeling ng naka uniform kasi parang equal ang lahat.
Walang jologs walang cool.”

School spirit

As to my freshmen days, going to the NCAA makes me feel a bit more belongingness wearing school
stuffs and my uniform. Where in the uniform builds one’s school pride.

Reduces Fighting and Violence

Schools report that school uniforms decrease fighting and violence that arrise out of arguments over
fashionable clothes. Children invariably tease those who do not have trendy clothes. Those who can't
afford name brand clothes are often sensitive about their clothing. Schools struggling with gang
problems report that school uniforms help ease tensions
Negative to Euthanasia

No, because the work of doctors are to keep their patients alive until the very end with all the methods
they could use in healing the person. Also, this discourages the enhancements of methods for curing sick
patients with or without fatal conditions. And it is simply not humane.

Mercy killing would cause decline in medical care and cause victimization of the most vulnerable society.
Would mercy killing transform itself from the "right to die" to "right to kill"?

How would one assess whether a disorder of mental nature qualifies mercy killing? What if the pain
threshold is below optimum and the patient perceives the circumstances to be not worthy of living?
How would one know whether the wish to die is the result of unbalanced thought process or a logical
decision in mentally ill patients? What if the individual chooses assisted suicide as an option and the
family wouldn’t agree?

Affirmative to resolving North and South korea’s war

A new war breaking out between North and South Korea is the high toll in loss of life a new conflict
between these two nations would create. When and if North and South Korea go to war again, the loss
of life among the civilian population of both nations would be extremely high. Another huge thing on
the cons side of a new war in Korea would be the real possibility that a threatened North would decided
to use a nuclear weapon against the South and in doing so might also create the ground work for a new
world war that could cost millions of lives. No matter what the pros and cons are of a new war between
North and South Korea, it is certain that eventually military action will be required to take out the
immoral government of the North, because it appears unlikely that the citizens there have the strength
or the determination to take care of this problem themselves.
Negative to the RH bill

This simply defies god’s law of natural reproduction. This world is merely the true life for us, the true
and everlasting life is in the kingdom and love of god. Also in this form of population control, sexual
liberty may no longer be stopped which might cause the backfire of these materials. An example for this
may be applied to condoms. With such sexual build up with a lot freedom to have sex, craving for more
pleasure may dare users to not use it once in a while or never use a condom to satisfy their wants. As an
effect, the backfiring effect may worsen the problem. “free will”. do what ever you want, as long as you
don’t destroy all living things around you (yes, humans, animals, plants, the environment). that simple.
do good deeds and it will come back to you tenfold. What’s RH Bill got to do with it? i’m responsible for
my own body, i have my own free-will, nobody can force me to do the things i don’t want to. If such laws
like this is to be implied, another of my rights may be abolished.
Sources I found in the internet on what things may happen if the rh bill is to be implied in the acronym
of DEATHS are the following:
 DIVORCE - According to Wikipedia, Divorce (or the dissolution of marriage) is the final
termination of a marital union, cancelling the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage and dissolving
the bonds of matrimony between the parties. If this will be legalized, many families will be broken.
Possibly, many children will be abandoned, left or worse, aborted.
 EUTHANASIA - Also known as Mercy Killing. The old population of our country will be killed
when they lose utility to the society. They wont be killed once but they’ll be killed slowly like placing
chemicals on their food until they become weak and eventually die. Who are you to say that a man’s life
stops there when he loses utility to the society? Are you God to say that?
 ABORTION - So if this mercy killing will be legalized, for sure abortion will be also one of it’s
effect. If you don’t like the child, you are free to chose if you’ll keep the child or simply abort it.
 TWO-CHILD POLICY - Simply, this bill is trying to break down our populace. The Philippines has a
strong population and I strongly believe to the quote “Ang kabataan ay ang pag-asa ng bayan”. Haven’t
you noticed what do other countries import from us? Not rice, crops, nor gems but MANPOWER. Our
country is very rich with human resources and if time comes that there will be a larger population of
seniors than children, possibly, the economy can go down and fluctuate.
 HOMOSEXUALITY - According to the bible God hasn’t allowed to same sexes to join together
though in our country, homosexuality is starting to be accepted but still, they should be what they are at
first and be contented with what they have.
 SAME-SEX MARRIAGE - If a priest refuses to marry a homosexual couples the couple will have a
power to demand the priest to court and file a case. Again, according to the bible only a man and a
woman are legible to marriage.
Late Pope John Paul II once said: “There will come a time that there will be an anti-christ president”. I’m
scared on what could possibly happen to my generation and to my children’s generation if this bill is legalized. I
don’t like to lose my morals and the moral of the people around me.
Considering the fact that we are from a catholic country, possibly could be a gateway for the devil’s plans.
