Accordingly, the electoral rolls of the above-mentioned Graduates’ and Teachers’ Constituencies shall be prepared afresh with reference to 01.11.2020 as qualifying date in accordance with the prescribed schedule and following due procedure and guidelines as contained in the Commission's comprehensive instructions as circulated vide the letter number 37/LC/INST/EC/FUNC/ERD/ER/2016, dated 5" September 2016. A copy of each of the latest Forms namely, Form-18 and 19, is also enclosed herewith which may be appended with “notice under rule 31(3) of the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960” by replacing existing second schedule, appended as Annexure ‘A’ & ‘8’ respectively of the Commission’s letter no, 37/LC/INST/ECI/FUNC/ERD/ER/2016, dated 5 September 2016. These Forms are also available on the Commission’s website under sub. caption “Forms for Registration in E-Rolls” of caption “Electors” in Menu bar and these may be got Printed in adequate number and used in the current round of preparation of electoral rolls for council constituencies. 4. _ It is clearly mentioned that EROs concerned shall issue a public notice in prescribed manner and format at Annexure A or B, as the case may be, and republish the abstract of notice in the format at Annexure A-1 or B-1, as the case may be, as appended to Commission's instruction dated 5! September 2016, referred to above. 5. __ All concerned officers/officials should be informed accordingly and directed to comply the Commission’s instructions scrupulously. 6.
