KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CACILDA B. MAIGANG, of legal age, Filipino, married, a

resident Pangulugon, Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint:

ENGR. DIOSCORO ENDAB, of legal age, Filipino, married and

a resident of Sta. Isabel, Zamboanga del Norte:

To be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my

name, place and stead, to do and perform the following:

1. To transact business before the GSIS regarding the Insurance

claim of my son Roland Bubotan Maigang;

2. To sign and receive all other necessary documents and other

legal papers pertaining thereto, and to receive payments as a
result from the said transaction.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-

fact full power and authority to do, perform and act whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
