The African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA) Agreement was signed at the 10% Extraordinary Session ofthe Aftican Union Assembly? 3. This paper outlines the modalities for the secondment to the AICFTA Secreteriat, 1. MODALITIES FOR SECONDMENT filed on the basis of the secondment ; . The MOU shall, among others, stipulate the the responsibilities of each party, namely the seconding Member State, ACFFTA Secretariat and the Secondee.
