Subject Controls & Planning (C&P) Branch Compliance Review

Thank you to you and your team for participating in the Branch C&P Compliance Review.

The Branch C&P Compliance Review was established with the objectives of:
i) Monitoring the progress of each branch in implementing the C&P business
process as published on Our Way;

ii) Ensuring implantation by each branch was being undertaken in a manner that is
consistent with the intent of the published C&P requirements;

iii) Ensuring the goal of consistency in application across all parts of LCPL.

A clear objective of the LCPL ELT is to ensure ‘Our standardised processes and systems
enable informed business decisions and consistency1.’ To that end the C&P function has
been working with the Branches to ensure we are fulfilling on this objective in our function.

Compliance Review Results

The compliance review produces scores for both tenders (pre-contracts) and projects
