Beja , Barangay Kagawad and attended by other Government Agencies (CLENRO, PENRO and Tax Division) Purpose of the above hearing was the proposed Food Processing Facility of SPC Cooperative headed by Ms Luisa Tumang not for the Barangay Gusa Council. ‘The Barangay Council asked if Department of Health and Food and Drug Administration (EDA) can conduct a pre site inspection for the facility in which I humbly decline because FDA is not conducting a pre-site inspection. Application of License to Operate as Food Processor can be done on-line at FDA. The Gusa Barangay Council will conduct another hearing but with other goverment agencies — Bureau of Fire, The Office of the Building Official and Department of the Environmental and Natural Resources. ‘The hearing started at 2:50pm and adjourn at 4:15pm.
