To amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970
to prohibit the Secretary of Labor from issuing a tem-
porary standard with respect to vaccinations, medica-
tions, and procedures, and for other purposes.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Health Freedom for

5 All Act’’.

1 SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN EMERGENCY TEM-

2 PORARY STANDARDS.

3 Section 8(c)(1) of the Occupational Safety and

4 Health Act of 1970 (29 U.S.C. 657(c)(1)) is amended by
5 adding at the end the following:
6 ‘‘(4) The Secretary may not issue an emergency
7 temporary standard that requires an employer to en-
8 sure that employees of the employer—
9 ‘‘(A) receive specific vaccinations or medi-
10 cations; or
11 ‘‘(B) undergo any medical procedure, in-
12 cluding medical testing.’’.
