Recommendations:

1. Two weeks Interval of Distribution and

Retrieval of modules for safer contacts t o
parents especially now with high covid cases
in Baliwag.
2. Strict Implementation in following Schedule of
Distribution and Retrieval of Modules to avoid
multiple disinfection.
3. If in case parents have 2 or more siblings, The
afternoon teacher will be assigned to
distribute all modules or vis-à-vis.
4. Strict implementation of 10-second
transaction.
5. Window transactions only, questions should
be entertained thru FB page/Help desk,
Promoting Virtual Nanay.

Suggestions:

1. If possible, All year level must be in the same

Building, or within the same area.
2. Provide proper ventilation/electricity on each
classrooms to be used.
3. Allot a convenient First Aid area.
4. If possible, and some students are able and
requesting for the softcopy of module, for
acceptable/valid reasons only.
5. If possible po, to replace Sir Rick Jason
Gonzales as one of the Advisers in Grade 9,
due to health condition of his wife undergoing
chemotheraphy,
