Depart Friday, April 15 at 7:00 am. Please arrive at GBHS parking lot by 6:30 am.
We will return on April 17 at approximately 10:00pm. We will travel on a Kincaid
tour bus.

 The competition is Saturday, April 16.
The students will be attending Universal Studios; Harry Potter on Sunday, April 17
from 9 till 3 and depart for Gulf Breeze at 3:00.

coaches (Ellen Finelli, Caron Tack, Christine Besler, Christine Henderson) and
several parents and chaperones.

#"./ c# The cost of the trip per student will be between $110 and $180 based
on involvement of students and parents in our bagging fundraising efforts. The
students voted to go to Harry Potter at Universal and that cost will be included in
the trip cost. Tickets have been ordered and received.

Science Olympiad Shirt

1.| 1 to 2 pairs of casual shoes

2.| Toilet Articles
3.| Money for snacks and meals (fast food for trip down on Friday, $15 for
dinner on Friday, fast food for lunch on Saturday , $15 for dinner on
Saturday night, Money to eat at Universal on Sunday if desired and fast
food money for trip home on Sunday). The students will be eating breakfast
at the hotel. We will have a cooler with snacks and drinks for bus trip to
and from Orlando.
4.| Pillow, blanket, sweats for bus ride
5.| Watch, cell phone and recharger
6.| Science Olympiad Binder, books, notes, calculator, protractor, pencil etc as
needed for events. Please bring these items in a backpack to be brought on
the bus.
7.| Optional: videos, games, mp3 players or DVDs (
 There will
be a DVD player on bus but all movies brought must be rated G, PG, or
PG13. You are responsible to keep track of any items that you bring.
Camera if desired.
8.| :nformal clothes for 3 days, swimming attire, jacket.
9.| You are responsible to pack your own device and any equipment necessary
for its operation. Please label boxes and devices with your team number.
We are Teams 5-
6 Teams will be finalized soon.
10.|Bus driver, Mr. Smith, said to bring extension cords as they have added
extra power so you can use computers on the way down for research and
games on the way back!

Please attend the meetings on Wednesday, April 6 and 13 to submit all

forms that were given out at last March meeting.

ALL MED:CAT:ON MUST BE LABELED and turned into Mrs. Cundiff the
morning on the trip, April 15. No student is allowed to carry their own
medication. Also, this year Office Tatro will be present to check all baggage
before we leave for Orlando.
