Nowadays, eating too much causes the students to become overweight and unfit. There are

lots of surveys had found out that there are many teenagers suffer from obesity, which can

damage their health. Therefore, they must eat a balance diet and practice exercising. It is not

about the appearance. It focuses on healthy body.

Lack of exercise and too much eating is one of the problem causing the teenagers to gain so

much weight without consumption of calories. Unfortunately, most of the teenagers love

playing video games and computer rather than exercise, eventually it resulted in overweight.

Another reason is due on eating high calories food. Eating food with too much calories is

harmful because it leads them to have a fat body and prone to heart disease.

Students are busy in school work result for them to suffer from stress. Eating sweets and junk

foods is a common method to relieve pressure. However, it is unwise because sweets and junk

foods dooms them to gain weight easily. In fact, we can use one rule to solve this problem,

exercising should be always better than eating. Playing sport is a good method to lose weight.

Besides they will feel more comfortable after playing sports.

To avoid eating foods with high content of calories. They should have a balance diet. Discipline

their self in eating too much to lose their weight easily. Instead of eating junk foods, eat fruits

and vegetables. Our bodies belongs to us, so we must hold on to the quote “health is wealth”.
