III Problem

After analyzing the case, the group members identified the following problems:

 Since, Miss Marian has a problem on how to set an organizational structure,

what are the possible ways that must take in order to ensure the
organizational structure is matched or suited to her expansion plans?

 Is it good for the business owner Miss Marian to perform all the following
major functions knowing that she hired more people in the business?

 Since, the business owner wants to put a branch in San Carlos City and
Lingayen, what are the considerations in expanding or putting a branch in a
certain place or area?
 How does the business owner have limited sales? What are the possible
steps increasing sales?
