PROJECT: SOLAR POWERED COMFORT ROOMS AND SHOWER

FACILITIES IN BAYWALK (2 LOTS) MANILA
BAY, MANILA CITY

As soon as we will be awarded the said project and receive the Notice to Proceed we
will stake out the project limits, install barricades and warning signs and construct field
office/bodega which serves as the shelter & working area of the assigned MMDA
Engineer’s & staff and as well for the storage of construction materials needed in the
project.

Immediately upon mobilization of our equipment we will undertake clearing all

structures.

Upon delivery of the construction materials designated personnel will assist to

stack all the materials needed.

Excavation for the septic tank will undertake using heavy equipment.
Structural concrete will be done and see to it that the area is ready and clear for
pouring of concrete.

Cutting and bending of reinf. Steel and stainless, tubular bar will be cut into
dimensions for the roof framing.

construction of chb wall will be done using labor force, and after the completion
of the works ,finishing works will be apply to the chb wall.

Electrician will be the first to inspect the area on how to prepare the wirings
during the construction see to it that all wires, cables, boxes, will place accordingly. Solar
panel will be place and test upon installation.
Laying of pipes for the water supply and sewerage will place upon the inspection
and approval.

Patching and painting of the wall and ceiling, Installation of the tiles, doors,
cubicle partition, mirror and furniture will be done upon the approved plans and design.

Upon completion of all items of work, the project site shall be cleared of spoils and
debris and dispose the same. Demobilization of equipment will follow.
