Warning Items Please use filtered clean "soft water" as sterilization water. Do not use tap water because scale and minerals produced by water of inferior quality will lead to clogged piping. heating tube covered with scale will also consume excessive power and have inferior heating performance. When the water level sensor cannot function normally as a result of excessive scale, it will correspondingly lead to dry-out and buming down of the heating tube or even serious damage to the sterilizer. Therefore, providing the steriizer with distilled water and soft water can not only ‘ensure good sterilization performance, but also extend the lifespan of the sterilzer and individual parts, tls clean, safe, and efficent! ‘Although the water quality of RO water is clean, when itis used as sterlization medium, it wil perform inferior transmission detection efficiency during the operation of the water level sensing system of sterlizer. Therefore, itis suggested to add ‘soft water” as sterilization water. itis stritly prohibited to use water of inferior quality without being purified and softened in the sterlizer (including tap water). Any damage to the steriizer as @ resull of using water of inferior quality is not covered under the warranty of the manufacturer and distributor!! DO NOT use weak acids and alkalis, or strong acids and alkalis, among other unknown chemical solutions to assist with sterilization. If items to be sterilized are liquids that can be sterlized or Patri-dishes, please fil the containers with adequate amount so that leakages do not happen during sterilization to contaminate the body of inner chamber. Based on the diferent models end different internal loading capacities, the maximum default operating pressure is set between 2.2 kg/om2 and 2.4 kglem240.tkgicm2. (Please refer to the ‘Specification Table for TC Series on Page 6 according to your model.) Each sterilizer is optimized before it left factory. Ordinary operators are prohibited to adjust any parameter defaulis. Only well-trained eligible and professional technicians can do the adjustment. Any arbitrarily adjustment to the parameter defaults will have a decisive influence on the quality of sterilization. Therefore, please be cautious! 4. The safely valve features depressurization protection function, and is the last safety resort for the slerlizer. When the pressure of an operating sterilizer exceeds the default velue (Refer to the Specification Table for TC Series on Page 6 according to your model) and reaches 2.5 kglcm2, a functioning safety valve will automatically discharge steam and releases pressure (The default pressure release valve for the safely valve is 2.5 kg/cm2, The label on the safety valve clearly shows the diameter of the opening and the pressure value for discharge). When the safety valve starts to release steam and pressure, it may indicate the fallure of the electric control system. The power should be shut down immediately and stop operation, and the manufacturer or the distributor shall be contacted immediately in order for them to send a technician to inspect and repair the machine. rie 5.
