sa Paglabag sa mga patakaran at batas trapiko ang bayan ng Santa Rosa, kasama
ang kaukulang multa dito;

Kodigo ang bayan upang maging batayan ng mga driver at may-ari ng mga
sasakyang pampubliko at pribado;

KAYA'T, sa pamamagitan ng isang mungkahing pinangalawahan ay:
