Grand Tryas Hotel

Grand Tryas Hotel is a sub hotel of Tryas Hotel, and is an individual hotel that owned by Mr.
Hajj. Grand Tryas hotel located in a strategic area in the city center, having the addres of the Tentara
Pelajar street, No. 103-105. Grand Tryas Hotel is a 3 star hotel.

In my opinion, the Grand Tryas Hotel is a good hotel and also gets 3 star hotel, it can be seen
that almost every day there are events, from meetings, reunions, to wedding. Room prices are also
arguably cheap, there are room rates + breakfast and there are also room rates only.

The job that must be done while working in the Grand Tryas Hotel kitchen is to prepare the
ingridients for breakfast tomorrow’s guests, of course with fresh and good quality ingridients. Surely
everyday there are orders from guests, whether it’s continental or oriental food, a popular dish
there is Mie Jontor with a distictive spicy taste that make guests like the food.

The schedulein Grand Tryas Hotel is 5 working days and 1 days off. There are two shift,
morning shift from 7am to 3am and middle shift from 10am to 6pm. I did while there was carrying
out my duites. One of which was helping the chef in prepareing the ingridients to be made, serving
food at the buffet at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Other things i do are make a porridge and soup, fry
the crackers , sweeping and mooping floors and don’t forget to write a journal as a school
assignment.

Unforget experience while i was work is a everytime is a events, especially a large events,
you have to work extra from prepareing ingridients, maintaining the buffet, everyfood must be
restocked, back and forth from the buffet to kitchen.

At the prakerin place, i got a many new experiences and meet lots of friend.
