phishing to mislead you into revealing sensitive financial or personal information.

2. Secure and lock your mobile devices


- It’s important to put as much effort into protecting our online privacy on our phones and
tablets as on our computers, make sure to use a passcode to lock your devices.

3. Limit the personal information you share on social media


- Do not share some of your personal information that is very important on Facebook,
Twitter, and to other social media to avoid in stealing your financial information and
scam.

4. Secure your password; use unique, strong passwords and enable two-factor
authentication
- One way to protect your data privacy online is to focus on creating a unique and strong
password. Also, use two-factor authentication that adds an extra layer of security to your
account in case hacker breaks your password.

5. Install Security Suites


- It is a security application that prevents malicious persons and programs from infecting
your computer and stealing your data and information. This includes preventing the
installation of malicious software such as malware, viruses, and phishing schemes while
you are online.
