my National, Political, and Spiritual Allegiance to my Moabite / Moorish Nation - being
the archaic Aboriginals / Indigenes of Amexem (the Americas).

written and governed by The Ancient (since time immemorial) Muurs/Moors, up to and

lands and their minerals; all land and marine animal; birds; insects; trees; grass of all
species, vegetations edible and inedible and all-natural resources above and beneath the
earth and in caves; all waterways, oceans and all lands beneath the oceans/seas and

I am outside the jurisdiction of all artificial entities, that is, maritime law, codes,
policies, acts, charters, laws and by-laws constitution proclamation declaration not

As an indigenous Noble of this planet, I exercise all my expressed and implied

unalienable rights since time immemorial, one of which is to protect/defend myself in
preservation of my life. By virtue of these Rights, I exercise my right not to put myself
in harm’s way by ingestion of substance(s) be it oral or intravenous that is a threat to
my health, existence, and quality of life.
Without governance of your statutory and commercial codes and jurisdiction
(except by consent), I proclaim and affirm my rights, liberty, and freedom of travel,
nationally and internationally without hindrance or force by any de-facto authority.

My Unalienable Rights

Unalienable Rights are the Inherent, Sovereign, Natural, Rights that existed before the
creation of the State, and which, being antecedent to and above the state, can never be
taken away, diminished, altered, or levied by the State, except by Process of Law. Nor can
any Unalienable Right be fundamentally removed or waived by contract, whether by non-
disclosure, which is fraud and unenforceable in Law, or knowingly by sufferance, which
is contrary to the Spirit of the Law and prejudicial to Sovereignty.

The Original, Permanent, Unalienable Rights of every Man or Woman,

include:
• The Right to Life, Freedom, Health, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
• The Right to Contract, or Not to Contract, which is Unlimited.
• The Right to Earn a Living Income by being Compensated with Wage or a
Salary in a Fair Exchange for one’s Work.
• The Right to Travel in the Ordinary Course of one’s Life and Business.
• The Rights to Privacy and Confidentiality, free from Unwarranted Invasion.
• The Right to Own, and Hold Property, lawfully without Trespass.
• The Right to Self Defence when threatened with Harm, Loss or Deceit.
• The Right to Due Process of Law, with Notice and Opportunity to Defend.
• The Right to be Presumed Innocent, suffering No Detention or Arrest, No Search
or Seizure, without Reasonable Cause.
• The Right to Remain Silent when accused, to avoid Self-incrimination.
• The Right to Equality in the eyes of the Law, and to Equal Representation.
• The Right to Trial by Jury, being an impartial Panel of one’s Peers.
• The Rights to Appeal in Law against Conviction or Sentence, or both.
• The Right to Expose Knowledge necessary to one’s Right and Freedoms.
• The Right to Peaceful Association, Assembly, Expression, and Protest.
• The Right to Practice a Religion, and to have Beliefs, of one’s choosing.
• The Right to Love, and to Consensual Marriage with Children, as a Family.
• The Right to Security from Abuse, Persecution, Tranny, and War.

• The Right to Refuse to Kill under command, by reason of Conscience.

• The Right to Live in Peace and be left alone when Law-Abiding.

Surely, the most critical failure of The People is their failure to ensure the teaching
and common knowledge of their Unalienable Rights. If you do not know your
Rights, you effectively have none. By the path of Ignorance, whether by Apathy or
Deception, The People arrive in a State Exploitation, Oppression, and Tyranny.

I hereby declare to all our brothers and sisters of the Nations of the Earth, that
the Moors of Northwest Amexem are awake; are mentally competent to inherit our
Estate; and are, with focus, making sincere efforts (against off colonial odds and
oppositions) to take our place amongst the ‘Affairs of Men'.

As Moorish — Americans, the Heirs and Stewards of the Land, our first order of
business is to ’restore’ the 'Balance of Nature on this Continent. I sincerely appeal to
your humanity and ask your help (Moors and true seekers of Justices in bringing all
violating People (foreign to this Continent) to justice; and have them account for their
Treasonous, Genocidal treatments made and initiated against the Aboriginal Moors of
Northwest Amexem.

I affirm for the record that Moors have never been, nor can they ever be U.S.
corporate citizens, regardless of any misguided claims or misgivings presented or made
by any deceiving persons. That same declarative affirmation is made to counter any
falsely implied agreements made or assumed by any social or political considerations or
’coloured’ legislation. This supreme truth stands whether be aboriginal flaws were then
or are now conscious of their true nationality and birth rights or not!

Aboriginals of the Land (Northwest Amexem / Northwest Africa North America / ‘The
North gate ) exercise and affirm our Substantive Rights to Self -determination; and seek
to determine our own rightful political status: Commanding our rights to freely pursue
our own economic, social, and cultural development; inclusive of our distinct cultural
life of the State; and make public Notice of our Freehold Claim to all of our Estate and
Properties; Trusted only to the Moorish Nation of Northwest Amexem; and absent of

of attorney’ or taxation without representation, etc.

a Worcestershire name. The old family of Greves held some position in the county.
