FPJ (fermented plant juice)

Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ) is a fermented extract of chlorophyll and young shoots of
plants such as axillary buds, leaves, grasses, young fruits and flowers. One important ingredient in
producing FPJ is chlorophyll, green molecules in plants that absorb sunlight for photosynthesis. But in
this case we used molasses, kangkong tops, banana tops, and kamote tops. On November 29, 2020 I
start the procedures to ferment it on 7 days.

First thing by doing this procedure is weighting all the


ingredients by 1 kg. and mixed it together. By this process we
easily identify on how much the needed molasses for this
procedure. In that order from the procedure using the module
instruction I followed the instruction to be perfect my FPJ.

In the next 7-8 days the


fermented juice is already
fermented.

I marked my fermented
juice on November 29
2020 and I’ll predict on
that day it will be done on
Dec. 9 2020.

December 09, 2020 when


my fermented juice is
done and it’s ready for
transferring into other
bottle.

I learned in this process is


the expectancy of my
output.
