Possible Questions for Research Proposal

1. What are the reasons why you chose that topic? Here you should state the relevant and
valid reason behind choosing your topic.
-to understand how Filipino retirees perceive their transition experience to
retirement, specifically the difficulties and changes perceived in the adjustment
process to retirement and the strategies developed to cope with these difficulties and
changes

3. How will the society benefit from your study? What is the significance of the study?

4. Researchers have to know and understand the different variable in the title and statement
of the problem. When we say different variables it means the different terms in the title
and statement of the problem.
5. Explain your hypothesis.
6. What is your output? How relevant or significant your output? Who will be benefited
with your output?
7. What methods or sampling technique will you employ or use?
-The researchers will use a non-probability sampling where the sample is not a
proportion of the population and there is no system in selecting the sample. The
selection depends upon the situation. Convenience sampling design. This method is
the most applicable and effective method in selecting respondents.
8. How many are the respondents? Describe them. How will you choose the respondents?
Do you have criteria to qualify a respondents? What are your criteria?
-The respondents are future retirees from public and private sector at the age 45-60
years in Quezon province. The researchers aim to have 50 respondents each for
Public and Private Employees
9. Panellist may ask the researchers the methods/ways of how you will gather data
especially today we are in quarantine.
- Upon compliance to the aforementioned process and all to other protocols
provided for by the future retirees of public and private sector in Quezon Province,
the researchers will provide online survey through Google Form for the respondents
in the Quezon Province.
10. How do you create your research instrument/research questionnaire? Where did you base
your indicators?
