Dear Sir

I am writing this mail to seek your immediate attention on the short payment we received against
the PO No: -----.

As per the terms and PO requirements we already completed the jobs, the tanks which we had
supplied against the PO all their warranty is already over.

Now further if you will hold our final payment of INR------ , then we have to issue legal notice to you
reference to PO terms and condition.

I hope I made my self-loud and clear, any further delay in final payment will be legal proceedings
against you, which will be for total amount including late payment and the other financial loss during
this legal processing.
