Research Setting

The study will be conducted through online to ANCHS grade 11- ABM
students. In ANCHS the school offers Junior High School in the curriculum of STE
(Science Technology and Engineering), SPA (Special Program in the Arts), and BEC
(Basic Education Curriculum). The school also extends Senior High School in the field
of Academic Track and TVL (Technical Vocational Livelihood) Track.

Data Gathering Procedures

Year 2020, the date of collections of data was set by the researchers. The
researchers first introduce themselves and the purpose of the research, before giving a
briefly informed consent to the respondents before they start answering the guide
questionnaire which was made by the respondents themselves. The answer of the
respondents will be confidentially recorded and written exactly on the interview guide
questionnaire as the data for this study. After gathering the data, the researchers
collected and made transcriptions of the gathered responses. After that, the researchers
analyzed, interpreted the data and made a conclusion.

Respondents of the study


The respondents of this study are the 30 students who are currently enrolled in the Senior High
School Grade 11 of Alubijid National Comprehensive High School in Alubijid, Misamis Oriental.
The Senior High School are affected in the New Normal Education . ANCHS is where the
researchers currently studying.The researchers are the students of Senior High School Grade 11
ABM Camiguin. The researchers observe the effects of New normal Education towards the
personal and academic aspects. That makes them interested in coming up with this study.
This Chapter will discuss the research design that will be used on the gatherings of
data as well the sources from whom the data will be gathered. It is also in this
chapter the respondents of the study and Research setting.

Research Design

The research design will be used is the descripted research. As the name implies,
descripted research method is used when the researcher wants to describe
specific behavior as it occurs in the environment.

Descriptive research design describes and interprets "what is". It is concerned


with conditions or relationships that exist, practice that prevails, beliefs, and
processes that are going on effects that are being felt or trends that are
developing. [Best(1963)]
