END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Version 1.0 — Page 1/1

By downloading and/or installing font software (“Font”) by Adam Ladd 3. GENERAL

(“Foundry”), you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions of this End User Licensing Agreement (“EULA”): a. Except for your right to use the Font, all other rights and copyrights are
owned and retained by Foundry.
1. RIGHTS GRANTED b. The name of the Foundry shall not be used to promote, endorse, or
advertise any work created by Licensee.
a. The Font is freeware that can be used for unlimited quantities of c. Foundry is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the

f. Temporarily sharing the Font with vendors, suppliers, and/or contractors
is allowed for work exclusively on your project. However the EULA must
be supplied with the Font and such persons are bound by it as well.

2. RESTRICTIONS

a. The Font files themselves may not be modified without written

permission from Foundry.
b. The Font, modified fonts, and/or derivative fonts may not be sold or
resold.
c. The Font may not be redistributed, shared, repackaged or included in any
online or offline archive, font collection, website, disk, hard drive, or the
like without written permission from Foundry.
d. Sharing the Font is not allowed (except as permitted in section 1f above).
Any interested persons must download and install the Font themselves.
e. The Font may not be used in the creation of obscene, violent,
pornographic, or any other offensive works.
f. Using the Font to install on a server that allows customers or third-party
users to create products, items, and/or designs is not allowed under
this license. However a custom license may be arranged with Foundry.

g. Using the Font to create products, items, and/or designs that are based
only on the Font (e.g. stickers or stamps of individual characters) is not
allowed under this license. However a custom license may be arranged
